Check of a nozzle carry out on the cold engine as follows:
- check tension on the nozzle tip by means of a light-emitting diode tester (not a control lamp);
- start the engine. Light-emitting diodes of a tester should blink, if is not present, tension is absent.
- measure an ohmmeter resistance on nozzle contacts. At temperature 20 ° the C size of resistance should be 14,5±1 Ohm;
- if the size does not correspond to this value — replace a nozzle;

- remove the fuel distributor together with nozzles, having unscrewed two bolts (fig. 203) ;
- remove the tip from nozzles, thus топливопровод remains attached;
- several times switch on and off ignition that earned the fuel pump and in fuel system pressure could be created.
Check of a stream of a nozzle
Check of a stream of a nozzle check in the following sequence:
- check consistently each nozzle, on each nozzle only one drop if more — replace a nozzle should act;
- for check of a stream of injection leave attached топливопроводы for all nozzles. Remove tips from nozzles, leave only on checked and put reception capacity;
- include ignition — the nozzle should выпрыскивать a stream of fuel of a round form;
- repeat check of each nozzle.
